Course Description:
This comprehensive certification course combines the foundational principles of Breathwork and Pranayama to cultivate a deep understanding and practical skill set in conscious breathing techniques. Designed for aspiring breathwork facilitators and pranayama practitioners, this course offers a blended learning approach that integrates both online and personal practice training.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand and practice the principles of conscious breathing, conscious connected breathing, and pranayama.
- Develop self-awareness and enhance physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual well-being through breathwork techniques.
- Gain practical experience in facilitating individual and group breathwork and pranayama sessions.
- Learn the theoretical and spiritual frameworks of various schools of Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) and Pranayama.
